Sweet & Spicy Noodles With Chicken

You can adjust the heat level by adding more or less of the red pepper flakes.

2-3 chicken breasts, cut into chunks and cooked

1 lb. noodles, fully cooked and drained, any kind you prefer

4 tsp minced garlic

1/4 Cup vegetable oil

1/3 Cup white vinegar

1/4 Cup white sugar

1/4 Cup sesame seeds

3 Tbsp soy sauce

1 Tbsp red pepper flakes

2 Cups steamed broccoli

Toss chicken, noodles, and sauce together in a large fry pan or wok over medium heat.  Let it all simmer together for about 5 minutes so the noodles absorb some of the sauce.  Toss in the steamed broccoli.  Serve hot.
