Cornbread Dressing

2 Cups cornmeal(SR)
1/2 C flour(SR)
1 egg
milk
3 stalks celery chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 Tablespoon ground sage, Optional
chicken or turkey broth

Mix all ingredients, except broth, well adding enough milk to make a thick batter. Bake at 400*F until done(about 25 minutes). When done let cool then crumble into small pieces and add enough broth(chicken or turkey) to make a thick batter. Bake at 400* until set and browned on top. Makes about one 9"X13" pan of dressing.
