Poppy Seed Chicken

6 chicken breasts(boiled and torn into pieces)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1 Tablespoon poppy seed(I use 1 teaspoon)
Mix all above ingredients well and pour into a 9"X13" sprayed baking dish.

Topping
1 stick margarine(melted)
1 1/2 sleeves ritz crackers, crumbled(I use generic)
Stir cracker crumbs into melted margarine and mix well. Pour onto chicken mixture in pan. Bake uncovered at 325*F for 30 minutes.
