It's been a long day today. I've been running around for my MIL all day seems like. I had to fill out some paperwork for her and turn it in. I also asked her while I was there did she need anything from the grocery store.....she said no.....I got home and she called for me to go to the grocery store for her....said she forgot she needed some things while I was at her house. She turned 70 on Nov. 30, 2009 and she is getting everything confused and forgetting things alot lately. I know old age may have some to do with it but I'm afraid there's more to it than that. Please keep Patsy in your prayers. I love her like my own mom and I don't want to see her sick.
I've also done laundry and cleaned in the house today. Supper tonight was fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and butterbeans....almost all of it was eaten. I like it when I don't have many leftovers. :)
I posted a couple of recipes I found. I haven't tried them yet but they sound like they'll be good, especially the Strawberry Cake. :) I love strawberries! I also posted another Bible passage with an explanation of understanding justice. I found it very interesting and hope you do too.
I'm off to find something else that needs to be done. Please remember us in your prayers. Be Blessed! Hugs!

Hi Paula, what happened to your c-box? Your dinner sounds delicious, but I am afraid my cholesterol is high just from reading this. LOL, I am only 44 but had high cholesterol almost all my entire adult life.
I seem to remember a lady from church that made a strawberry cake similar to your recipe.
((((hugs))))
have a wonderful blessed peaceful weekend.

I've had high cholestrol most of my life too Katia. It's finally under control but I take 2 different kinds of meds for it everyday. I'm gonna try the strawberry cake, I hope it's as good as it sounds. :) I don't think it will hurt to use the marshmellow creme to make the Heavenly Hash with. Let me know how your's turns out please.
Hugs, Paula
